I followed up with the State Park service who oversees Ringwood and Long Pond and they told me we would be better off going to Ringwood. Unfortunately there is a small fee. $5 for residents, $10 for out of towners at Shepherd Lake Recreation Area in the park. For our group size they recommended this area of the park.
So here’s what you need to know
Where: Ringwood State Park: 798 Sloatsburg Rd, Ringwood, New Jersey 07456
When: Monday, May 25th at 12pm
We are meeting at the Shepherd Lake area of the park for the picnic.

Shoot, I wish I saw this sooner. I totally would have came. But I’m two hours away so I would be too late if I left now lol.
